Frequently Asked Questions About Tracking Your Order

Why does it take a while to get my package?
Some items are made in the USA, while others are made outside of the USA.  Items moving through the international process can take a little longer due to additional shipping time.  It can also depend on whether the item(s) you order are custom made, or already made.

Ready made items are shipped immediately. For custom made items created and shipped in the USA, you can expect to receive your order in from 5 to 12 days

When custom items are created outside of the US, it moves from manufacturing, through international shipping, to local delivery.  Timing for each of these steps are estimated as shown in the image,below. We seek ways to improve our processes to reduce the total time, but we feel it’s important to take the time to create a high-quality product that our customers will love. Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking ID so you can observe where your package is in this process.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent when your item ships. Remember that many of our items are custom-made, created by hand, and take about a week to make, so it can be a week or more before you receive your tracking number.

What if I don’t receive a tracking number?
It may be that your item hasn’t shipped yet, or it may be that the tracking number isn’t showing up yet in the tracking system.  Another possibility is that the email with your tracking info went to your spam folder.  If it’s been a week and you haven’t received a tracking ID, check your spam folder.  If you still can’t find us, either wait a bit more, or contact us and we can confirm where your order is within the process.

How Do I Track My Package?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.  You can track your item by clicking these links and then entering your tracking number in the provided fields.

Will I receive more than one tracking number?
If your order includes more than one item, it’s possible that your order will be shipped in separate packages.  These packages may arrive at different times.  Our tracking system only sends out notifications for the FIRST tracking number. If your order contains multiple packages, you can contact us for the additional tracking numbers.

What email will my tracking numbers be sent from?
Tracking information comes from support@mytshirtmaker.com, and may reference our parent company, NuWorld Innovations.

Will there be a link to track my items in the email?  
Yes.  A link will be included with your tracking number.  The Help menu on the site also provides a way to look up orders and check tracking status.

The tracking site has information that’s not in my native language. Why?
We ship worldwide, and you may see various languages as your package travels between countries.

Can I use my own tracking site to track the provided tracking number?
Yes, but not all tracking sites will be able to track international tracking numbers.  We use this tracking link for most of our packages:

I’m in the US.  Can I track my order via the US Postal Service?
Yes. Here’s a link where you can enter your tracking number to track your order via USPS.  Note that it may take a bit longer for your tracking number to be recognized.

What is the format of a tracking number?
The tracking number will likely be something like LT000000000CN.  You can try entering your number in other tracking tools, but not all web tracking tools track these numbers.  We suggest using this tracking link
